Our Mission and Intentions
At Ivy Grad Services we focus on providing personalized coaching and consulting services to help students achieve their academic and professional goals. Our mission is to empower and support prospective and current graduate students to navigate the competitive and complex world of graduate school.
Ivy Grad Services aims to promote equality and accessibility to top graduate school programs by providing guidance to prospective students throughout the admissions process. We recognize that disparities in access to information and expertise can limit the potential of people of color and women, hindering them from reaching their full potential and professional aspirations.
Our primary goal is to increase gender and ethnic diversity in higher education by serving as a platform where well-educated and well-credentialed professionals from diverse backgrounds can help students overcome barriers to success and achieve parity in their desired professions. At Ivy Grad Services, we strongly believe that representation matters, and investing in diverse talent is crucial for shaping a better future.
One of the primary ways Ivy Grad Services supports students is by our grad school admissions coaching program. This program is designed to help students create a personalized application strategy, craft compelling essays, and navigate the complex application process with confidence. By providing one-on-one support from experienced admission coaches, Ivy Grad Services helps students improve their chances of being accepted into their top-choice schools.
In addition to admissions coaching, Ivy Grad Services offers a range of other services to help students succeed. We provide resume revisions, cover letter creation, LinkedIn consultations, and mock interviews to help students prepare for job interviews and further develop their professional networks.
Ivy Grad Services acknowledges the progress that ethnic and gender minorities have made thus far, but we are also aware that there is still work to be done. We are constantly working to make progress to the system and empower the next generation of graduate students.
